Option to specify how many times to print a card to PDF

Allow the user to print specific cards more than once to pdf without duplicating entries.

In version 1.1.0, I implemented this feature using a new field named "qty"!  The field has been added to all templates on the web site. For old files, you can add the "qty" field manually:

  1. Open the "Properties" pane
  2. Go to the "Fields" tab
  3. Click "Add Field"
  4. Name the new field "qty", with property "uint", display "number", and width 30
  5. Move the field to the top (optional)

You only need to do this if you are interested in controlling the number of copies of a card that are printed per page.
